Special Feature Post: Ellen Whitaker

Some of you have heard me talk (well, I guess you could say ramble) about Ellen Whitaker. Many - in fact, most  - of you have asked me, "Who on earth is Ellen Whitaker?" Well, time to find out!

Ellen Whitaker is a famous showjumper, born in 1987. She has 'showjumping blood,' having come from a family of showjumpers. She has three brothers, - Joe, Thomas, and Donald - and a dog named Lucy. On Ellen Whitaker's website , it appears that she has just seven horses, though other sources say she has at last 12. The horses on her website are: Locarno 62, Kanselier, Ladina B, Equimax Ocolado, CS Online, Sefana, and Check Mate.

Of her seven listed horses, Locarno 62 (a.k.a. "Larry") is my absolute favorite. He's a beautiful 16.1hh 1996 stallion. Being a dark bay, he's absolutely beautiful; especially when you see his star-stripe marking combination and his four right socks. He's so handsome!
